1. Service Nature

Our services include:

• Custom Digital Visiting Cards
• WhatsApp Store Website setup and integration

These are digital products and services delivered electronically and/or customized to your business.

2. Refund Policy

• All payments made for digital visiting cards or WhatsApp store setup are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
• Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Service not delivered within the agreed timeline and no communication from our side
• Technical error on our platform that prevents service delivery

To request a refund, please contact us at info@merdcards.com within 7 days of payment, including proof of payment and reason for the request.

3. NFC Card Orders

• Customized NFC cards (with your name/logo) are non-refundable once printing has started.
• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if printing has not begun.
• If your phone does not support NFC, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued. Please check compatibility before ordering.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before the design or setup process begins.
• Once work has started (e.g., card customization, WhatsApp store setup), cancellations are not permitted.
• If you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately at info@merdcards.com.

5. Modifications & Revisions

• Minor revisions to your digital card or WhatsApp store are allowed within 3 days of delivery.
• Additional changes beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges.
